VoteMyBaby.com follows parent-first privacy and child-safety practices designed to minimize the information used to operate the platform. We are dedicated to providing a safe, joyful platform for families. We unequivocally state that we will never sell, rent, syndicate, or trade your child's photographs or personally identifying data to third-party data brokers, stock photo agencies, or external marketers.
Data Collection & Minimization
We practice strict data minimization. When a parent submits a photo entry, we collect only what is strictly necessary to administer the competition: the child's first name and the authorizing parent/guardian's email address. We do not collect exact street addresses, full legal names, or financial data during registration. Delivery addresses are only requested privately from the Top 3 verified winners post-competition strictly for physical prize fulfillment.
Authentication & Fair Voting Data Logs
To maintain the integrity of our 14-day competitions, users participate via secure OAuth or email verification. We temporarily store encrypted vote timestamps, IP addresses, and anonymized device fingerprints to enforce our 1-hour voting cooldown limit and execute our 48-hour automated bot-prevention audits. This security data is routinely purged after final contest verification is complete.
Parental Control & The Right to Deletion
Parents retain 100% intellectual copyright and ownership over all submitted media. Parents may request removal of their child's entry, image, and associated data by contacting supportvotemybaby@gmail.com or our WhatsApp support team. Removal requests are handled by the support team. Parents can also use our Data Removal tool to request removal of an active entry and its associated public contest data.
Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising
VoteMyBaby may use advertising services, including Google AdSense, when those services are enabled on the website. When applicable, advertising technologies may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with the relevant advertising provider's policies and applicable privacy requirements.
We do not guarantee that any third-party advertising service will be available on the website at all times.
