By accessing VoteMyBaby.com, registering a parent account, uploading a child's photograph, or casting authenticated votes in any active 14-day competition round, you unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Entry is strictly limited to parents or legal guardians of children aged 0 to 10 years old. If you do not agree to these terms, or lack the legal authority to consent on behalf of the participating minor, you must not use this platform.
Free Entry & No Purchase Necessary
VoteMyBaby operates on a strict zero-fee, equal-opportunity model. Participation in this platform is 100% free of charge. There are no registration fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no hidden costs. Furthermore, we explicitly do not offer or sell "premium votes" or "fast-track voting packages." A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. All competition rankings are based entirely on organic, community-driven engagement.
14-Day Cycle & 2-Day Fair Voting Verification
Each competition round operates on a rigid 14-day cycle. Active community voting officially closes at 11:59 PM EST on the 14th day, at which point all voting mechanisms lock globally. Immediately following closure, a mandatory 48-hour security audit is initiated. During this 2-day period, our moderation systems analyze IP logs, device fingerprints, and account patterns to detect and purge bot-generated, automated, or fraudulently acquired votes before official winner declarations are made.
100-Vote Milestone & Prize Qualification
Any valid entry that successfully accrues 100 or more verified community votes automatically unlocks the downloadable, high-resolution official Star Certificate. Furthermore, acquiring a minimum of 100 verified votes is a strict prerequisite to qualify for the Top 3 physical toy prizes (sponsored by Spark Tots). Physical prizes are limited to the three highest-scoring verified entries that meet or exceed this 100-vote threshold at the end of the post-cycle audit.
Strict Child Protection & Moderation Standards
We maintain zero-tolerance child protection standards. Any photograph depicting partial or full nudity (including bath or diaper-change imagery), visible distress, unsafe environments, or any content deemed inappropriate by our moderation team will be immediately and permanently purged from our servers. Accounts submitting such material will face an instant, permanent ban to protect the integrity and safety of our community.
