By accessing VoteMyBaby.com, registering a parent account, uploading a child's photograph, or casting authenticated votes in any active 14-day competition round, you unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Entry is strictly limited to parents or legal guardians of children old. If you do not agree to these terms, or lack the legal authority to consent on behalf of the participating minor, you must not use this platform.
Free Entry & No Purchase Necessary
VoteMyBaby operates on a strict zero-fee, equal-opportunity model. Participation in this platform is 100% free of charge. There are no registration fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no hidden costs. Furthermore, we explicitly do not offer or sell "premium votes" or "fast-track voting packages." A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of ranking. Competition rankings are based on recorded community voting activity and the applicable verification process.
14-Day Cycle & Voting Verification
Each competition round operates on a 14-day cycle. Active community voting closes according to the contest end date and time shown on the website. After voting closes, VoteMyBaby conducts the published verification process to review voting activity before final rankings and prize eligibility are confirmed.
100-Vote Milestone & Prize Qualification
Any valid entry that reaches 100 or more verified community votes becomes eligible for the downloadable VoteMyBaby Star Milestone Certificate. The same 100-vote threshold is required to qualify for the final prize ranking. Final prize positions are determined by verified voting activity, eligibility, and the applicable contest rules.
Child Safety & Moderation Standards
We maintain clear child safety and moderation standards. Content that violates our child-safety rules or is otherwise inappropriate may be removed, and accounts may be restricted or suspended when necessary to protect participants and the community.
Vote Verification
VoteMyBaby may review voting activity to identify activity that appears automated, duplicated, manipulated, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the contest rules. Votes may be removed where appropriate.
Prize Eligibility
Prize eligibility is determined by the applicable contest rules, final verified ranking, and eligibility verification. Meeting the minimum vote threshold does not guarantee a prize.
Photo Submission
By submitting a photograph, the submitting parent or guardian confirms that they have the necessary authority to submit the photograph for participation in the contest.
