Guardian Authorization & Verification
VoteMyBaby operates under strict legal consent guidelines. Only lawful parents, grandparents with explicit permission, or legally designated guardians may upload a child's photograph to our platform. By submitting an entry, you confirm that you possess the legal authority and right to publish the child's image. Unauthorized uploads by third parties are strictly prohibited and will be permanently removed.
Prohibited Visual Content & Moderation Filters
To maintain a 100% brand-safe environment, we enforce a zero-tolerance
moderation policy prior to any image becoming publicly visible. The
following visual elements will result in an immediate, permanent rejection
of the entry:
Any depiction of infant or child partial/full nudity, including bath-time
or diaper-change imagery; children in distress or crying; dangerous or
unsupervised environments; and imagery containing personally identifiable
location markers such as visible school uniforms, home addresses, or
vehicle license plates. We require wholesome, positive milestone
photography only.
Immediate Takedown & Escalation Protocols
Parents can request removal of their child's photograph at any time by contacting supportvotemybaby@gmail.com or our official WhatsApp support team. If any community member spots a safety violation, an expedited safety review request can be sent to the same support address. Safety-related requests are prioritized by our moderation team for rapid review and resolution.
