Official 1-Month Baby Photo Contest Rules

1. Eligibility and Submission Authority

1.1. Territorial Scope: The VoteMyBaby 1-Month Photo Contest is open to infants and young children residing in India.

1.2. Verifiable Guardian Authority: All submissions must be completed exclusively by an adult biological parent or court-appointed legal guardian (18 years or older) holding full legal authority under India's DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR principles.

1.3. Prohibition on Third-Party Uploads: Submissions by non-guardian individuals or commercial casting agencies are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate removal.

2. Zero-Fee Participation Guarantee

2.1. 100% Free Forever: Participation is completely free of charge. No entry fees, processing fees, paid vote packages, certificate download charges, or courier shipping fees are ever required to participate or claim awards.

3. Photograph Standards, Privacy & Moderation

3.1. Dignity & Attire: Photographs must be clear, authentic family portraits portraying the child in full, age-appropriate attire. Bath, diaper-only, or semi-nude images are rejected immediately.

3.2. Public Profile Minimization: Public profiles display only the child's first name/nickname and approved portrait. Guardian names, child age, and city/state are never collected or displayed publicly.

4. Public Voting & 60-Minute Rate-Limiting Rules

4.1. Voter Authentication: Every supporter must authenticate via Google Sign-In before casting a vote.

4.2. 60-Minute Cooldown Window: Each authenticated voter account may cast one (1) free vote every sixty (60) minutes across the platform.

4.3. Anti-Bot Enforcement: Automated scripts, macro clickers, proxy rotation, or paid vote exchanges are strictly prohibited and automatically purged during the 48-hour audit.

5. The 100+ Vote Star Certificate & Rank 1–9 Prizes

5.1. Photo Star Certificate: Any participating child who achieves 100 or more verified votes during the active contest qualifies for the free VoteMyBaby Star Certificate PDF featuring the child photo. Children with fewer than 100 verified votes receive a participation certificate without the child photo.

5.2. Rank 1 to Rank 9 Leaderboard Prizes: At contest close, the Top 9 highest-ranked eligible entries, each with at least 100 verified votes win Curated VoteMyBaby Baby Gift Hampers (Ranks 1st, 2nd, and 3rd) or Gift Cards plus Winner Certificates (4th: Flipkart ₹300, 5th: Flipkart ₹250, 6th: Flipkart ₹200, 7th: Amazon ₹150, 8th: Amazon ₹100, 9th: Amazon ₹50). A Top 9 rank and at least 100 verified votes are both required for rank-based prizes.

6. Contest Closing, Tie-Breaking & 48-Hour Audit

6.1. First-to-Threshold Chronological Tie-Breaker: In the event of an exact tie in audited vote totals, the higher rank is awarded to the participant whose entry reached that exact vote total earlier according to server timestamps.

6.2. Mandatory 48-Hour Audit: All final standings undergo a 48-hour post-contest verification audit before official winners are published on the Past Winners page.

7. Parental Right of Removal (DPDP Act & GDPR)

7.1. 24-Hour Erasure SLA: A parent or legal guardian may withdraw their child's entry and request permanent erasure within 24 hours at any time via our Data & Photo Removal Portal.
